Your Role
You don’t have to show up for every meeting or read every agenda. Our role is to give you the tools — clear information, plain-language updates, and a place to engage — but what you do with them is entirely up to you. Just knowing what’s happening is the first step, and from there, you might be surprised by how much influence you already have and how many ways you can choose to use it.
