Voice !t LLC values your right to privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.  This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes Voice !t LLC’s (“Voice !t,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) privacy practices, including how we use personal data we collect from you when you visit our website at voiceit.page (the “Website”) or when you provide us with personal data via other electronic means as described herein. The Website, together with any content, software, functionality, and services offered thereon or in connection therewith, are hereinafter referred to as the “Services.”

Your use of the Services and provision of any personal data to Voice !t indicates your acceptance and agreement with this Privacy Policy, and you give your consent that your personal data may be processed by us and third parties as described herein.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use our Services or provide any personal data to Voice !t.   1. What types of personal data do we collect?

We may collect the following types of “personal data,” which is information that is linked or reasonably linkable to an identified or identifiable natural person:

You directly provide us with most of the data we collect, such as personal identifiers, when you chose to provide such information to us by voluntarily providing data through points of collection on our Website or by other electronic means (including by surveys or email), including to sign up for our newsletters and to receive communications from us. You may also provide such data to Voice !t through our third-party partners, such as Jotform.

We may also collect data when you use or view our Website via your browser’s cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies, including through our third-party partners.   1. How do we use your personal data?

We collect and use personal data for legitimate business purposes, such as in order to:

  • Provide services to you that you request, such as sending out newsletters or informational materials to you that you have requested.  

  • To analyze and compile data into informational devices, such as charts and graphs, that made be made publicly available or shared with third parties, but that will not include any personal data that identifies you. 

  • Communicate with you, such as responding to your requests or questions, presenting our Website, or sharing important information or updates with you. 

  • Support our business functions, such as improving our products and Services (including the Website), detecting and repairing system performance issues, and to better understand how visitors use our Services.  We may hire third parties to help us collect and analyze such data, and we may share such statistical data with third parties. We may use this information to help us make our Website more useful to visitors such as to learn about the number of visitors to our Website, what part of the Website they are interested in, how long the use the Website, the types of technology our visitors use, etc. 

  • We may also use third-party pixels for purposes of analytics and to provide you with targeted advertising.

We have implemented and maintain reasonable industry standard security measures to protect the security of your personal data.  However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your data, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, or modify your data.  Thus, you should only access the Website within a secure environment, and any provision or transmission of personal data to and from our Website or provided to us via other electronic means is at your own risk.

We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration to third parties, however, we may share personal data with third parties for targeted advertising purposes, which may be considered a “sale” under certain state data privacy laws.  As described above, we may also use the personal data you share with us to aggregate data into informational devices, such as charts and graphs, that made be made publicly available or shared with third parties, but that will not include any personal data that identifies you.

  • Right to access – Consumers may request that we provide them access to and copies of their personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

  • Right to correct – Consumers may request that we correct, complete, or update data they believe is inaccurate. 

  • Right to delete – Consumers may request that we delete their personal data, under certain conditions.

  • Right to restrict/opt-out of certain uses – Consumers may opt-out of our processing of their personal data and/or request that we restrict the processing of their personal data for certain purposes, such as for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning the consumer. As noted above, Voice !t does not sell personal data for monetary consideration.  You may also restrict what information we collect and share via cookies by adjusting your browser’s settings. 

  • Right to data portability – Consumers may request that we transfer the data that we have collected from them to another organization or to them, under certain conditions.

When you visit our Website, we may collect data from you automatically through cookies, web beacons, or similar technology.  Such data may be used, for example, to optimize the functionality of our Website and as otherwise described herein. The Website is not marketed to or intended for visitors under age 18.  We do not knowingly collect any personal data from any individual 13 years of age or under.

The Website is intended for users located in the United States and not for users in the Europe Union or other foreign countries or regions.
