Voice !t grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Services subject to these Terms of Use. This license grant provides you with limited rights to access and use the Services solely for your own internal, non-commercial, informational purposes in accordance with these Terms of Use. Only visitors/users of the Website and Services that agree and abide by these Terms of Use are granted the license provided for herein and permitted to use the Services.

You and other users may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. Voice !t is a private service that is not provided by the government. The information, materials, and content featured on the Services are not official government communications nor are they endorsed by or supported by any local, state, or federal government. 

Some of the information, content, and materials provided via the Services may be subject to the rights of third party owners, and Voice !t does not guarantee that such information, content, and materials, or your use thereof for purposes permitted herein, will not violate the intellectual property rights of such third parties. 

The Services may include or link to content provided by third parties as a convenience. Such information and third-party websites are solely the responsibility of the relevant third party. We are not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of any materials or websites provided by any third parties. If you use links to third-party websites, you will leave our Services and you do so at your own risk.  We do not endorse any content, viewpoint, product, or service of a third party’s linked website.

While we take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of the Website, there is no guarantee that use of the Services is 100% secure.  All use of the Services is therefore at your and others users’ own risk, and Voice !t is not responsible for any interception or unauthorized access of information or related damages suffered by a user of the Services, even if we have been previously advised of the possibility of such damages.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.  No failure or delay by us to exercise any right, power or privilege hereunder shall operate as a waiver hereof, except as expressly provided herein. Any waiver by us of a breach of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any other or subsequent breach and shall not be construed to be a modification of the Terms of Use unless agreed to in writing by us.

Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the Services, and any content, software, functionality, and services offered on or through the Services, immediately ceases. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension, or any other actions taken by us in connection therewith.
