Adopted Ordinances:

  • Lease Agreement with National Park Service: Approved a lease allowing the National Park Service to maintain and operate radio communications equipment at City Hall.

  • Smart Traffic Signals Project: Accepted $1.15 million from the Virginia Department of Transportation to implement a Smart City Traffic Signal System.

  • Business and Residential Developments: Authorized special-use permits for various properties, including restaurants, mixed-use buildings, single-family and multi-family residences.

  • Public Greenspace Expansion: Approved the acquisition and conservation of land for public greenspace and connectivity to the Richmond Slave Trail.
